What you're buying

Digital study materials — PDFs and import files — sold through Gumroad. After checkout, downloads are delivered immediately by Gumroad and remain available from your Gumroad account. Prices are in USD. Every product is a one-time purchase; nothing here is a subscription.

Refunds — 14 days, no questions asked

If a product doesn't earn its price, you get your money back — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, full purchase price. Request it through Gumroad (fastest) or email hello@clarityacademic.com. When a purchase is refunded, its download access ends — refunded purchases are removed from your Gumroad library. We'd rather have your trust than your $9.

Your license

You're buying a personal, non-transferable, single-user license. Use it for your own studying — print it, mark it up, work through it as many times as you like. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or repost the files, publicly or privately, free or paid — that includes upload sites and course-sharing platforms. Your copy is for you.

Our content

Everything we sell is original material, owned by Clarity Academic (operated by KLAD LLC) and protected by copyright. Our products are built by analyzing the publicly posted exam record of these courses — question types, topic weighting, point economy, recurring traps — and writing entirely original practice material in that shape. We do not copy, sell, or redistribute exam questions, solutions, lecture notes, slides, readers, or any other course-owned or professor-authored content. If you believe content here infringes your rights, email hello@clarityacademic.com and we'll act on it promptly.

No affiliation

Clarity Academic is an independent publisher — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UC Berkeley. Course codes and the university's name are used only to identify which courses our materials are built for.

No outcome guarantee

These are study aids, and studying is effort-dependent. We make no promise of any grade, pass, or exam outcome — what we promise is a better-structured way to prepare, and a refund if you disagree.

A note on the AI Study Protocol

The AI Study Protocol is a guide for using AI tools in your personal exam preparation — practice generation, self-quizzing, error analysis. It is not a license to use AI on graded work. Your course's own policies always govern what's permitted on assignments and exams; following them is your responsibility, and the Protocol is built for exactly the part that's yours: getting ready outside the exam hall.

Liability & law

Materials are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is the purchase price of the product involved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
