What we collect: nothing

This website — operated by KLAD LLC — has no forms, no email capture, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not collect, store, or process personal information through this site. If that ever changes, this page changes first — and the change will be dated at the bottom.

What our tools handle (not us)

Hosting. The site's static files are served by Netlify. Like essentially all web hosts, Netlify processes standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) as part of operating the service. We do not access or use those logs for profiling or marketing. Netlify's own privacy policy governs that processing.

Purchases. When you buy a product, the transaction is handled entirely by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record: your email address, payment details, and order history are collected and processed by Gumroad under Gumroad's privacy policy, and used to deliver your files and receipts. We never see your payment information.

Email we receive

If you email us at hello@clarityacademic.com, we use your address to reply to you, and for nothing else. We run no mailing list and send no marketing email.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, share, or monetize personal information. We run no third-party ads or cross-site trackers. There is no behavioral profiling here — just pages and PDFs.

Do Not Track

We don't track you, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.

Children

This site is intended for university students and is not directed at children under 13. We knowingly collect no personal information from anyone — including children.

Your choices

Because we collect no personal information here, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on this site. For anything related to a purchase (receipts, refunds, account data), contact Gumroad through your Gumroad account, or email us and we'll point you to the right place.
